Our People
Even though we’re the biggest metal recycler on the Island, in our minds we’re still a small ‘mom and pop’ operation, and we treat our staff like they’re part of the family. This probably explains why so many of our staff have been with us for decades. We take this as a sign that we’re doing something right.

Our leadership program
At Steel Pacific, we feel strongly about lifelong learning, which is why we actively work with our staff to enhance their skills and strengths and support them to meet their professional development goals. We presently have a dynamic new leadership development program in place for our managers, which will be extended to all staff in the future.
Our commitment to the environment
Steel Pacific actively works to minimize the environmental impacts of all of our activities. To this end, all staff receive training and support to ensure they carry out their activities in an environmentally responsible manner. Key staff are also trained in the safe handling of hazardous materials.
